After You Reach Out

What Happens Next

Here's what to expect after you submit an inquiry or referral — so you're never left wondering.

We acknowledge your inquiry within 24 hours

A member of our admissions team will confirm receipt by phone or email and let you know if any additional information is needed.

Initial review and follow-up call

We'll review the submitted details and schedule a brief follow-up conversation to discuss the resident's needs, answer your questions, and confirm eligibility.

Schedule a home tour (optional but encouraged)

Families and guardians are welcome to visit the residence, meet our staff, and see the living environment before making any decisions.

Begin the formal admissions process

Once everyone is comfortable, we move into our 4-step intake process — working closely with your CCS coordinator to align on the Person-Centered Plan.
